Warranty Terms and Conditions


All new products supplied by uPhone come with a full manufacturer’s warranty.  In the event that your product fails within 7 days of purchase, you will be issued with either a replacement product or a refund upon verification of the fault. Original receipt, packaging and accessories must be returned with the product.This does not apply if the product has been neglected, abused, misused or physically damaged.  You must take reasonable care of the product.Products can be exchanged or refunded providing that it has not been used and all original packaging is intact as purchased (this includes shrink wrap). Original receipt is required as proof of purchase.


All used and PREMIUM PRE-OWNED phones are supplied with a 12-month warranty, while SECOND HAND / TRADE IN PHONES are provided with a 90-day warranty.

This warranty does not cover the following;

  • Physical damage

  • Liquid damage

  • Unauthorised repairs

  • Software related issues

  • Data loss

  • Misuse of the product

  • Consumable items (parts that require periodic replacement throughout the lifetime of the product, such as batteries)

  • Any loss suffered if you cannot use the product

  • Any loss that is not reasonably foreseeable

In the event of a warranty claim, uPhone will repair your product in-store or send to an authorised third-party repair centre.  The product will be repaired 3 times under warranty, if we cannot readily and economically repair your product, you will be given an exchange or credit note to obtain a replacement product in store.  The value will be based on an equivalent or similar specification product up to a maximum of the original purchase price. No cash refunds will be given by uPhone.


All repair work carried out by uPhone comes with a warranty which will be highlight upon collection of your device and covers the repaired components only.  This includes, all repairs, servicing and upgrades.

This warranty does not cover the following;

  • Repeat repair through misuse of the product

  • Physical Damage

  • Unauthorised repairs

  • Software Faults

  • Data Loss

Due to the nature of some components, we cannot guarantee the performance of your product due to unexpected failures. uPhone cannot be held responsible for any data loss while the product is in our care, we will try to avoid this wherever possible but ultimately it is your responsibility to back up all important data.

When a product is booked in for repair, a diagnostic fee will be charged. This will be refunded on collection for any in warranty repairs. If your product is outside the warranty period and you choose not to go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee is non-refundable.

uPhone cannot be held responsible for any repair work done to products that have previously been repaired in an unauthorised repair centre.
