& Returns

Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched next day after receipt of payment and are shipped via courier depending on your location with tracking and trace fully insured courier service. Please allow up to 2-3 working days for delivery.

 

If you prefer delivery via An Post with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as courier costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately as shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched with great care and will be delivered in excellent condition, special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Ireland:

Europe:

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt & include a tracking number as standard.

  • DPD Registered - €22.95 (approx. 4-5 working days from time of order)

  • An Post International Registered - €24.95 (approx. 5 - 7 working days from time of order).

Returns Policy​

 

 

If you have made a purchase in store online & would, for some reason, like to return it then you must contact us within 7 days at either:

We do accept returns however you will be subject to the charges of both the shipping and returning of the product.

 

You must clearly state the reason that you want to return the product.

In order to request a return, you must have a valid order number that will have been e-mailed to you upon your purchase.

 

If it's a case that you bought a product & would like to exchange it for a similar product (different colour, etc.), this is generally fine if it's done within 7 days of the original purchase.

 

Used phones that have been deemed by us to be faulty can be exchanged within 7 days.

 

New Phones

  1. Can be returned within 7 days if unopened and unused.

  2. If faulty within 7 days will be repaired, exchanged or refunded upon inspection.

  3. Accidental damage voids all warranty.

  4. If your phone has been opened by any third party your warranty is void.

  5. 1 Year Limited Warranty, any warranty thereafter is with the manufacturer.

  6. Accessory warranty varies depending on the manufacturer.

Premium Pre-Owned & Second Hand Devices

​

  1. VM - "VAT MARGIN" This invoice does not give the right to an input credit of VAT.

  2. Can be returned within 7 days if unused.

  3. If faulty within 7 days will be repaired, exchanged or refunded upon inspection.

  4. Accidental damage voids all warranty.

  5. If your device has been opened by any third party your warranty is void.

  6. Each used phone has a specified warranty stated in store at time of sale. Premium Pre-Owned devices come with a 12 month warranty while used device/trade ins come with a 90 day warranty. 

  7. All batteries are tested to be above 85% capacity, Our warranty covers a defective battery, not every day usage of the battery where the cycles will decrease over time, or overcharge on the battery caused by the customer. Sometimes in this case, we will need to take the device into our lab for testing for up to 24 hours to test if the battery is defective or if it's down to general usage/ over charge.

  8. All Boxes/Accessories are non-original, provided complimentary and have a 90-day warranty.

Whats not covered under warranty

​

The warranty does not cover the following;

  1. Physical damage

  2. Liquid damage

  3. Unauthorised repairs

  4. Software related issues

  5. Data loss

  6. Misuse of the product

  7. Consumable items (parts that require periodic replacement throughout the lifetime of the product, such as batteries)

  8. Any loss suffered if you cannot use the product

  9. Any loss that is not reasonably foreseeable

iPhone's

​

  1. Some iPhone's may have a shutter sound when taking photos due to privacy laws in different regions, this is not possible to mute.

  2. You have 7 days to return for a refund.

  3. Any iPhone's returned with your iCloud details will not be exchanged under any circumstances, it is your own responsibility to know and keep any record of the email and password.

Accessories

​

  1. Can be returned within 7 days if unused.

  2. If faulty within 7 days will be exchanged or refunded, thereafter will be exchanged.

  3. All accessories come with 90 Days Limited Warranty unless stated otherwise; this does not cover any accidental damage or breakages.

Repairs​

​

  1. Collection times provided are an estimate and are not guaranteed.

  2. We may encounter further issues which we cannot foresee.

  3. All parts fitted have a 90 Day Limited Warranty.

  4. Any parts fitted to a liquid damaged device are not refundable if the device encounters other issues due to the initial damage after 30 days.

  5. Any batteries fitted to a device that may still encounter issues will have further tests completed before a second replacement battery is considered.

  6. If you encounter issues with your replacement screen please contact the store before trying to repair as you may cause damage which will result in voiding your warranty.

Unlocking

​

  1. All lead times are estimated as provided by our suppliers.

  2. Unlocks are non-refundable while pending.

  3. If the unlock runs over the time frame provided we can request for a refund but cannot until supplier agrees and rejects.

  4. Incorrect codes must be investigated by head office before a refund is granted.
